The brief

Lone Star was bidding on jobs they could absolutely execute, but losing to commodity competitors with worse capabilities and better marketing. Their website looked like 1998 because that's when it was last touched. The proposal decks looked like Word documents.

We delivered a process film that walked prospects through their actual fabrication floor, a 60-second founder feature, and FPV interior aerial through the shop. Their average bid size moved up because the brand finally matched the work.

What this delivered

Outcomes the work actually moved.

The metrics, behaviors, or business shifts this project produced for the client — not the deliverable list.

01

Brand finally matched the capabilities

Bidders started showing up to RFPs already convinced. The prep call was about scope, not whether the company could deliver.

02

Average bid size lifted

Higher-tier jobs replaced commodity bids. The website did the qualifying work before the call ever happened.

03

Recruiting tool

Skilled fabricators want to work somewhere that takes itself seriously. The process film became the lead recruiting asset.
