Cancellation
Before pre-prod begins: refund minus 10% admin fee. After pre-prod, 7+ days before shoot: 50% refund. Within 7 days of shoot: no refund.
Rescheduling
One reschedule permitted at no cost with 7+ days notice. Subsequent reschedules: $500.
Travel — local Austin metro (≤45 min)

Travel — regional drivable (≤4 hours one way)
Mileage at IRS rate; $250 fee for round trips over 6 hours

What happens after I book a discovery call?
We talk for 30 minutes about the project, the package that fits, and any specifics. If we're a fit, you get a proposal within a day. Once the contract is signed and payment lands, pre-production begins — strategy doc first, shoot day next.
Do I get to see the strategy doc before I commit to the package?
The strategy doc is delivered after the contract is signed because it's custom to your brand and takes real research time. The discovery call gives you enough to know whether the approach fits, and the doc itself is bundled into the package — so you're paying for thinking, not for a sales pitch.
Can I customize the deliverables?
The Hero Package is productized — same deliverables for every Hero — because that's how we keep pricing predictable and timelines tight. Customization happens through pre-priced add-ons (extra talking head, second shoot day, raw footage, etc.) rather than bespoke quotes.
What if my industry isn't on your list?
We work mostly in CRE, hospitality, organizational events, established service businesses, manufacturing, and brand launches. If your business doesn't fit one of those, we're probably not the right call — we'll happily refer you to operators who serve your space well.
Do you travel?
Yes. Local Austin metro is included. Regional drivable adds mileage. Out-of-town flying adds a $1,000 travel fee plus expenses. International is custom-quoted. Full breakdown lives in the contract terms above.
How fast is delivery?
Hero Package: 7–14 days from shoot to final delivery, depending on your responsiveness on revisions. Plus Ongoing: monthly drops land on a fixed cadence each month.
Who actually does the work?
William Bransford. One operator, multi-disciplinary, in-house drone pilot. The whole point of the agency is that you don't have to manage a team — you talk to one person from discovery call through final delivery.
