Advertising connected to the rest of your marketing.

A campaign needs a clear audience, useful creative and a destination that follows through on the message. We plan and manage paid advertising with those pieces in view.

Start with the response you need

You might want more people to inquire about a service, explore an offer or learn about a role on your team. We work out what a useful response looks like before deciding what the campaign should say or where it should send people.

Bring what you know about the audience, your offer, current advertising and the quality of recent inquiries. If an existing campaign is producing clicks but little useful response, we review the creative, destination and handoff together.

Planning, creative and day-to-day management

We recommend a campaign approach and spending level for you to approve. The work can include campaign setup, ad copy, graphics, video, audience selection and ongoing changes as the response develops. Media spend and our work are discussed separately, so you can see what each costs.

Video and creative can support the message. A landing page can explain the offer in more detail and give people a relevant next step.

Review what happens after the click

A click, an inquiry and a useful conversation are different signals. We review the available campaign data alongside feedback from the people handling responses. That helps distinguish a creative problem from a page, offer or follow-up problem.

We explain what the data supports and where it is still too early to draw a conclusion. Changes follow the evidence and agreed budget rather than a promise of a fixed number of leads.

Recruiting is one example

Our Flex PWR work includes paid recruiting ads, content and a careers website for a traveling solar sales team. Flex's managers handle candidate conversations and hiring decisions.
