AI implementation
Put AI to work on a specific task, with the context, checks, and team habits that make it useful beyond a good demo.
When I can help
Your team keeps searching for the same answers.
I can build an assistant around the documents your team uses, with source references and clear limits on what it can answer.
A first draft takes too much setup.
Research, briefs, and content drafts become more useful when the tool understands your business. I organize the source material, examples, and instructions, then build in a review step.
Repetitive work still needs judgment.
Some tasks can be drafted or sorted automatically; others need a person. I design the workflow so the team knows what AI has done and where a decision is still needed.
What you get
A useful first implementation
An assistant, research process, or connected workflow built around one agreed task, with your tools and information in mind.
Checks you can understand
A set of real examples to test against, a review process, and a clear way to handle missing information or an unreliable answer.
A practical handoff
Instructions and a team walkthrough that explain when to use it, what to check, and how to keep its information up to date.
Working together
Choose the task before the tool.
We look at the work, the information available, and the cost of a wrong answer. That determines where AI can help and how much oversight it needs.
Try it on real examples.
I build a small working version and test it with you. We refine it before connecting it more deeply to the business.
Before we start
Bring a recurring task and one example of a good result. We can examine the source information, the steps a person takes today, and the checks needed before an assistant takes action.
A first workflow can produce a draft or recommendation for review. Broader permissions come only when they fit the task and the result can be checked. If the underlying records are inconsistent, organizing them may need to come first.
Scope, timing, and cost depend on the data, integrations, and level of review involved. We agree on those before implementation. I’m based in Austin and can work remotely with your team; the handoff covers how the workflow runs, who owns it, and what to do when it cannot finish.
