Leica SL3 LUTs
Leica L-Log Reference Manual: L-Log puts 18% middle grey at 44% IRE (10-bit 445), and Leica's L-Log LUTs are built for that exposure. For best quality Leica recommends exposing to the right, then correcting exposure before applying the LUT. Internal ProRes L-Log uses video levels (64-940); H.264/H.265 use full range.
Camera settings
- Video Profiles > Profile [1-5] > Settings > select L-Log (lower left). L-Log records in the Rec.2020 colour space.
- Leica lists native ISO 200 and 640 in L-Log. The spec sheet gives manual video L-Log/HLG ISO 50-100,000 and Auto 400-100,000.
